These terms and conditions of use ("Terms") govern the legal framework for the provision of the site and services by CHARLES MOREL and define the conditions of access and use of the services by the "User".

The website offers the following services: connecting travelers and travel planning.
The site is accessible from a web browser and from the Mirotrip mobile application, on iOS and on Android. These Terms apply to both.
The site is freely accessible anywhere to any User with internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (hardware, software, internet connection, etc.) are their responsibility.
Non-member Users do not have access to reserved services. To do so, they must register by filling out the form. By agreeing to register for reserved services, the member User commits to providing sincere and accurate information regarding their civil status and contact details, particularly their email address.
To access the services, the User must then identify themselves using their login and password which will be communicated to them after registration. The User may also register and sign in using their Google or Apple account, in which case no password is created at registration. The User can set a password at any time from their personal account settings.
Any regularly registered member User may also request deregistration by visiting the dedicated page in their personal space. This will take effect within a reasonable timeframe.
Any event due to force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server, subject to any interruption or modification in case of maintenance, does not engage the liability of https://www.mirotrip.com. In such cases, the User agrees not to hold the publisher liable for any interruption or suspension of service, even without prior notice.

The site allows members to publish the following content: travel groups.
In their publications, the member commits to respecting the rules of Netiquette (rules of good conduct on the internet) and the applicable legal rules.
The site may exercise moderation over publications and reserves the right to refuse their online publication, without having to justify this to the member.
The member retains all their intellectual property rights. However, by publishing content on the site, they grant the publishing company the non-exclusive and free right to represent, reproduce, adapt, modify, broadcast and distribute their publication, directly or through an authorized third party, worldwide, on any medium (digital or physical), for the duration of the intellectual property rights. The Member grants in particular the right to use their publication on the internet and mobile networks.
The publishing company commits to including the member's name near each use of their publication.
All content posted online by the User is their sole responsibility. The User commits to not posting content that could harm the interests of third parties. Any legal action brought by an injured third party against the site will be borne by the User.
The User's content may be deleted or modified at any time and for any reason by the site, without prior notice.
Registration and use of the services are reserved for persons aged 18 or over.
By registering, the User declares that they are at least 18 years old and provides their exact date of birth. The site may request an identity verification to check this age.
The site may suspend or delete, without notice, the account of a User who is found to be under 18, and delete the associated data.

The User can report a profile, a trip or a message from the application or from the site. The User can also block another User from their profile. A blocked User no longer sees the profile or the trips of the User who blocked them, and the other way around.

The site may remove any content that breaks these rules. It may also suspend or delete the account of its author, without notice.

French law applies to this agreement. In the absence of an amicable resolution of a dispute arising between the parties, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
